Teacher Training

Teacher Training is a major part of California Systems' success. For instance, for new courses our coordinator listens actively to our students, designs, and delivers to the teacher a Student's Profile including course needs, approach, and goals. Once the program is being delivered, as part of our follow-up our team of trainers shares their know-how and most challenging experiences, so not only do the teachers benefit from this knowledge sharing, but also our learners.

In California Systems Teacher Training is done as a team on a communicative, customized, and practical approach. All this, together with our Effective Communication method, has allowed us to overcome various challenges. Proof of it is that our students feel that we care for them and their learning progress, and that we even go the extra mile whenever necessary. The result is that to date we have not lost a client because of our teaching style, and unless one of our trainers returns to their country, the normal thing is that he/she continues being part of California Systems' team of trainers.
